Jenny Ash –  Race Director

Jenny AshJenny Ash joined the OBSE team in 2015. Originally from Baltimore, MD she holds an Advertising degree from West Virginia University. Before settling on the Outer Banks in 2011, her past included retail self- employment in Boulder & Breckenridge, Colorado and serving as a Program Director, Personal Trainer/ Fitness Instructor and Race Organizer with the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, MN.

Jenny’s spare time is commonly put towards athletic accomplishments including 15 marathons, many half marathons and nearly 20 triathlons of varying distances.

“Training for a race event can be alone time or social time, but undoubtedly it is always self- improvement time. I know what this can mean to our OBSE participants. Crossing the finish line can be life-changing for someone. For every level athlete; the takeaway is different. I am proud to offer this experience to as many people as we can.”
