Outer Banks Sporting Events celebrated a $50M impact on the Outer Banks in the last ten years. The event took place at the Duck Wood Country Club Sep. 15. Present were longtime Outer Banks Sporting Events sponsors, board members, and founders. Originally from the Winston Salem area of North Carolina, Ray attended Elizabeth City State University to earn his undergraduate degree in political science. The Outer Banks Sporting Events, (OBSE) is proud to announce a new partnership with the Silicon Travel. The partnership event was held at the Dare County Arts Council June 1 where a check of $5,500 was donated to OBSE. 100% of the proceeds support the Dare Education Foundation and the Outer Banks Relief Foundation.
